My wife and I could not be happier with having Peter Maselli in our corner when we recently bought a piece of property in Sonoma County. In today's markets there are so many tools available to buyers that it seems some realtors take the easy way out. They put much of the work on home/property buyers and often times leave the buyers feeling like the realtor really didn't do enough to earn their commission. Our experience was much different and Peter knocked it out of the park. He earned every penny. Peter jumped on opportunities that helped us buy a homerun of an investment property. He made it happen for almost 400k under the asking price!!! Unheard of in today's market and before you say there must have been something wrong with the property.....there wasn't. Granted the stars aligned to make the deal happen, but it was Peter's strategy, tenacity, and market knowledge that pushed us to pull the trigger when the opportunity was ripe. Peter helped me sell my old house and helped me buy a new house and the experience was amazing.
